Designed in 1967 by the legendary Castiglioni brothers, the Snoopy lamp is a playful homage to form, function and fascination with light. Its distinctive silhouette with its typical ‘snout’ draws inspiration from the cartoon character, but its design is aimed more at the contemporary art gallery than the child's room.
The body of the lamp consists of a cylinder made of white marble, which is always original thanks to its veins. The solid base is held in perfect balance by a lacquered metal reflector with shiny enamel. Its inner white layer evenly diffuses the pleasantly soft light exactly where it is needed - on the work surface, in the reading corner or on the side table next to the sofa.
