Shipping Locations
We ship to the countries of European Union and to the Northern Ireland. Please note that the delivery charges for remote regions of the EU may vary. In these cases, we will contact you to confirm the delivery charge and to discuss shipping options.
Orders with delivery to Czech Republic and Slovakia can be placed on dedicated websites www.designville.cz and www.designville.sk, respectively. We recommend your country of expected delivery to ensure you have the most enjoyable shopping experience on our site. We use IP address data from IPinfo.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address (to the first door). Removal of packaging, assembly or setup is not included in the service. The stock products are usually dispatched within two business days. Estimated dispatch date of non-stock products is displayed on product page and at checkout before placing the order.
Shipping options and fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on two primary factors: the size of the products in your order, and the destination country. This calculation ensures that shipping fees are fair and tailored to the specific needs of your order.
When you add products to your cart, the system automatically calculates and displays the shipping cost. This calculation takes into account the size of the items, as well as the shipping destination, to provide you with an accurate shipping fee.
Additionally, we provide the benefit of free shipping on orders that meet specific thresholds, determined by the destination, the total order value, and the size of the items. This eligibility is automatically recognized in your cart, ensuring that customers who reach these criteria enjoy complimentary shipping.
GLS Euro Business Parcel (EU)
Parcel sized packages up to 31 kg via GLS Euro Business Parcel service or a local GLS partner. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
DHL Freight / Raben Logistics
Oversized and large/bulky items are shipped via DHL or Raben freight forwarding. Estimated delivery time is 2-10 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
Payment options
Card Payment (PayU)
The fast and secure payment method to pay with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard is handled for us by our partner, PayU. Payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay is also possible. You enter your payment card details directly on the secure payment gateway and we have no access to these details at all. Card Payment is available for orders up to 4,000 Eur.
Bank transfer
Classic bank transfer based on the proforma invoice that you will receive in the email together with your order confirmation. We expect your bank transfer payment within 5 days, for this period your ordered goods are reserved for you. However, the sooner you make your payment, the sooner you can look forward to receiving your selected goods.
