I like the products from one of your brands but cannot find them on your website? Can you order these for me?

If you like a product from a particular brand that you can't find in our e-shop, don't despair and contact us. We'll let you know if the item can be ordered from DesignVille.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to most countries in the European Union. If a country appears in the selection menu at the top of our e-shop or during checkout, it means we ship there.

Orders with delivery to Czech Republic and Slovakia can be placed on dedicated websites www.designville.cz and www.designville.sk, respectively. Read Shipping and Payment page for additional information on delivery.

When will the goods arrive?

We strive to ship the stock items as soon as possible, usually next business day after ordering (cash on delivery) or after crediting your payment (online payment/transfer). Estimated delivery time for non-stock items is given on the product page as well as in the basket. A more accurate delivery estimate will be given to you by email within several days after you place your order. If your order consists of both: stock and non-stock items, we dispatch it as one full shipment once all the items are in stock unless we agree on splitting the shipment.

Can I cancel my order or make any changes to it?

If you have decided to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once we forward your order to the carrier, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. However, you still have the option of returning the goods within the 30-day return period (unless they are custom-made products).

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you find the package clearly damaged upon delivery, you have the right to refuse it  and notify the delivery company immediately. If you have opened the package before finding the item damaged, please contact us immediately. Follow to Return & Claims for additional information.

I have been shopping at DesignVille for some time and I am a loyal customer. Can I get any discount on my purchase?

We value our regular customers at DesignVille and if you are also a subscriber to our newsletter, each issue contains a 5% discount code valid for the current week. However, subscribing to our newsletter gives you much more including information about product news or ongoing promotional campaigns.

I have an EU company with a valid VAT number. How can I get 0% VAT?

For EU VAT registered companies, 0% VAT is applicable due to an intra-Community supply of goods. VAT will be deducted at checkout after filling in a valid VAT number and delivery address. The invoice will be stated as an intra-Community supply of goods (Reverse Charge).
