Shibari is named after a tying technique in which a secret comunication system of loops, knots and lines is hidden. Also, Japanese refer to this art as Kinbaku, which is understanded as the beauty of tight binding. And the same method is used with hand-blown glass lamps in the Shibari collection.
A single light or a cluster of three or five lights allows to create countless combinations and possibilities for use in a space. Each lamp has a different style of binding. Genuine bondage ropes and glass hand-blown by Czech glassmakers are used.
