The Palissade Cord is a braided version of the popular Palissade outdoor furniture. The lacquered steel frame, familiar from the original version of the collection, remains the same and retains its visual simplicity and strength. Thanks to two layers of powder coating, it remains weather and corrosion resistant.
The interlaced version designed by Ronan Bouroullec thus keeps the same Palissade design line and combines it with a softer look. The frame is hand-braided with polyester cord, so the furniture looks more playful and seating is comfortable even without the use of seat cushions.
The Palissade Cord series includes chaise lounges, dining chairs, lounge chairs and benches, which combine perfectly with the classic Palissade and Palissade Cone tables, as well as other outdoor tables from HAY. The furniture can be used in a wide range of outdoor spaces. The timeless design and the choice of the right colour scheme allow the furniture to either blend in beautifully with nature or, on the contrary, to dominate the outdoor space and stand out as a design piece.

New No.2: Cream White
The pleasant Palissade colour palette including olive, sky grey, anthracite and iron red has been expanded with the addition of cream white. HAY has thus responded to the demand for this outdoor furniture in a light colour and launched it together with the new Cord version. All Palissade and Palissade Cord outdoor furniture models are now available in cream white.
