The Gubi BestLite BL1 table lamp has become a true design icon, even Winston Churchill had it on his desk during World War II. The Bestlite collection has been in continuous production since 1930 and was designed by Robert Dudley Best (1892-1984), influenced by the Bauhaus movement in design.
