The Bat Dining Chair is characterised by the contrast between Scandinavian elegance and Italian design. When designing these chairs, the designers were inspired by bats, specifically their anatomy and unique wingspan.
The chairs were designed by the design duo GamFratesi - Danish architect Stine Gam and Italian architect Enrico Fratesi. They draw on the tradition of both countries, taking inspiration from the classic Danish furniture tradition and the timeless Italian intellectual and conceptual approach to design.
The Bat Dining Chair is available in unpadded, fully padded or with front padding only. You can choose from a range of fabric and shell colours, and you can also choose different types of base (antique brass, black chrome, semi-matt brass, chrome or matt black). The price shown refers to the version with black shell, with black matt base with felt glides. Availability of other variants on request.
