When creating the Tamoto beds, designer Shane Schneck sought to ensure that they fit easily into a modern lifestyle with multifunctionality in mind. The upholstered headboard, where the fabric folds over the frame, looks like the sleeves of a kimono called a drapery.
The frame of the Tamoto bed is made of powder-coated steel, which makes it really stable and is complemented by a generous upholstered headboard that is cosy to lean against. A great advantage is that it can be transported unfolded and then easily assembled. The headboard cover is removable, so it can be cleaned if necessary.
Tamoto beds are a great addition to bedrooms not only for sleeping, but thanks to the comfortable headboard they can also be used for reading or watching TV. They are available in several sizes and frame and upholstery colours.
The bed is designed for a 90 x 200 cm grid and mattress, which are not included in the package.
