The designer worked with the idea that floor lamps tend to be large and quite dominant. But he needed one for his home that was subtle and unobtrusive. The shape and silhouette of the lamp thus stands out elegantly from behind the armchair and serves exactly where you need it. It's a great companion for reading, working and quiet evenings at home.
The form is based on a functional requirement, but at the same time has its own personality and expression. The Peek Floor Lamp consists of only three parts - the base, the stem and the shade. The top end of the stem is touch sensitive, which makes it function as a dimmer.
