Like other lamps from the Kizu collection, the portable version intrigues the eye with its sculptural form. The design of the lamps consists of a semicircular shade that gently balances on a rounded marble base, as if almost defying gravity. The shade is made of white acrylic, which gives the lamp a pleasantly diffused light that does not dazzle. The soothing effect of the dim light is enhanced by the harmony of the shapes.
The cordless lamp can be carried wherever it is needed. As the light spreads from the entire upper part of the lamp, the small table lamp offers a high light output. By gently tapping the metal circle, the light can be dimmed to three different levels. The Kizu Portable has a battery life of 10 hours and is charged via a USB-C cable.
