Based on the solid foundations of Scandinavian design, yet it doesn't stop at minimalism and functionality. The Swedish brand Oblure strives to push each piece closer to the line between design and art. Our portfolio now includes several collections of Oblure's exceptional lighting, allowing you to see how well it meets this goal.

Back when Markus Johansson was finishing the Cirrata lamp as his graduation project in 2011, he was driven by the desire to create creatively, with courage, and to enrich the design world with luminaires that capture attention. Six years later, his ambition has given birth to a brand that presents this philosophy – even in the name Oblure, which contains the words object and allure.

Often the fascination is at the beginning of the process of creation itself. For example, when designers Johan Lindstén and Markus Johansson were captivated by architecture and its recurring motif of arches. This inspired the Arch collection which interprets the architectural element in a distinctive design of pendant lights in several sizes and colours. In addition, the brand also offers custom-made production in the colour of your choice. So whether you are looking for a luminaire for above your dining table, or a suitable lighting solution for a restaurant, or hotel, the desired shade is within your reach.

Even in another sought-after collection, we don't have to search long for the original inspiration. Stair are small table lamps that play with the concept of stairs and our perception. The round light source placed at the top seems to be in motion, illuminating soft, dim light. The lamps are also equipped with two USB-C ports and a socket, so their function doesn't end with lighting.

The multifunctionality of the Stair lamps is one of the consequences of the innovative approach to design that the Swedish brand takes. Another can be found in the Trapeze collection, in which designer Jette Scheib takes the idea of movable lampshades as a starting point. These can be rotated around two axes to achieve a different look each time while controlling the direction and intensity of the light.

The Mondo collection also plays with movement and difference. The lamp's base in the form of an opal glass-covered light source remains stable, while the metal shade is divided into several visually diverse, moving parts. Whether you choose a pendant lamp or a floor lamp, this way you can adjust its form.

Finally, we present the Blockchain collection. The unique pendant lamps are made up of connected aluminium cubes, each second of which contains an LED panel. Thanks to their subtle fitting, they float through space, yet cannot be overlooked. While the smallest of the pendant lamps is 120 cm long, the longest reaches more than three metres. They are therefore particularly well suited for bars and restaurants.
