Wilkinson wanted to create a lamp that would further emphasize the play of light and shadow. He, therefore, opted for an unusual structure that resembles quilting. The lamps combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative technology – combining industrial production with handcrafting. They look great on their own or in a cluster of several pieces, creating the illusion of a magnificent glass chandelier.
