Danish designer Amalie Skov Rahbæk studied design at VIA University College in Denmark. Now she lives in Aarhus, where she runs her own studio, Design by Skov.

The Danish designer's work mixes traditional Scandinavian aesthetics with fresh and modern ideas. She works with designs that not only encourage children to play for hours but also will be appreciated by parents thanks to their stylish and aesthetically subtle designs. According to the designer, children copy their parents' activities, so she designs products that strengthen and guide this role-play.
